The apartment was super spacious and clean as, but the awkward sliding bathroom door was a bit of a hassle, eh? Pool area was choice for a chill day.

The pool area itself was beautifully kept, with a good number of sun loungers making it easy to unwind without the morning scramble for spots.

Be prepared for a trek uphill to return from the beach, and those staying in certain rooms might find nighttime noise from nearby bars a real bother, with music seeping in until the early hours. The sliding bathroom door was a bit of a nuisance, and the absence of an ironing board meant you might be stuck with wrinkled clothes if you don’t bring your own. the air conditioning was hit or miss. some folks found it less efficient during peak warmth, which could be a drag after a hot day.

the aquamar is a lovely place to stay! the one-bedroom apartment with pool view was spacious and well-equipped. the pool area was fantastic, and we could always find sunbeds. the staff, especially jose and paula, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. loved the close proximity to the beach, just a 5-minute walk away!

the only downside was that some nights, taxis to the old town could add up, so budget for that.
